Tenant Build-Outs and Commercial Remodels

Whether you're fitting out a new lease, reconfiguring an office or remodeling a retail floor, the electrical work has to match the new layout, meet code and finish on schedule. Grand Electric, Inc. handles the electrical scope of tenant build-outs and commercial remodels for offices, retail spaces and restaurants across Brevard County.

We work directly with property owners, tenants and general contractors to plan circuits, lighting and equipment power, pull the permits the work requires and coordinate inspections. When the space needs to stay open during the work, we schedule around your operating hours.
