New Construction Electrical

New commercial buildings need an electrical system that's planned correctly from the start, installed to code and ready for inspection when the schedule says it should be. Grand Electric, Inc. provides electrical construction for new commercial projects throughout Brevard County.

We coordinate with owners, architects and general contractors on the design, then handle service installation, power distribution, branch circuits, lighting and equipment connections from rough-in through final inspection. Clear communication keeps the electrical work in step with the rest of the trades.
