Can a fan replace an existing light fixture?
Often, yes, but the box must be rated to support a fan. We check the box and install a fan-rated one if needed.
Can you install a fan where there is no fixture now?
Yes. We can run new wiring and add a switch for a fan in a new location.
What kind of fan should I use outdoors?
Covered lanais need a damp-rated fan, and areas exposed to rain need a wet-rated fan. We'll help you pick the right rating.
Why does my fan wobble?
Wobbling usually comes from loose mounting, an unbalanced blade or a box that isn't fan-rated. We can secure and balance it or replace the box.
